pasta party

this past weekend, my parents has us and some good friends over for a pasta making party.  a couple of years ago, my parents spent a few days in bologna, italy and took an intensive course where they learned to make basic pasta dough and various shapes.  we made garganelli, fettucine, and cavatelli.  it was delicious!
